• Company name and job title (optional)

b) Device and Camera Data

The App manages surveillance camera devices. We collect:

• Camera device information (name, type, serial number, IP address)
• Device online/offline status
• Camera snapshots and video stream metadata

c) Environmental Sensor Data

The App may display environmental data from connected sensors, including temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, CO levels, VOC, particulate matter, and other air quality metrics.

d) Alert and Notification Data

• Alert records (type, severity, timestamp, associated device)
• Alert snapshot images
• Notification preferences and settings

e) Technical Data

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token for push notifications
• App version and device information
• Language preference

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's camera monitoring and alert services
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Send push notifications for critical alerts and system events
• Display real-time environmental and device status data
• Improve the App's functionality and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device and transmitted securely.

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) - for delivering push notifications. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase In-App Messaging (Google) - for in-app communication.

These third-party services may collect information used to identify you. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:
